We converted the existing structure into a fully permitted 580 sq ft studio ADU, leveraging the existing foundation and framing to minimize cost and timeline.

The Solution
How We Delivered
We addressed the slab moisture with a drainage membrane and vapor barrier system, then framed interior walls, ran new electrical and plumbing, and installed a mini-split system for heating and cooling. The finished unit features a studio layout with a full kitchen, bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, and large windows added to two walls for natural light.
